GlobeAir is proud to announce the appointment of Johannes A. Skrivanek to the position of Vice President Digital, taking on the role from his previous title as Head of Digital Marketing.
Johannes joined the GlobeAir #DreamTeam five years ago, and during his tenure as Head of Digital Marketing, he has been instrumental in introducing new digital technologies and automation. Two years ago, Johannes took the lead in integrating the GlobeAir WhatsApp communication channel, which has resulted in an over 33% decrease in the time taken to address customer queries.

Johannes has the overall responsibility of digitisation and digital transformation in this role. This department will create a stable infrastructure network backbone for future software development and lab work. The current responsibility for digital marketing will continue to be integrated into this department as a substantial part of GlobeAir’s strategy for its upcoming digitisation plans.
We are in no doubt that in the coming months and years, GlobeAir will continue to lead advancement within the industry.
