Job description
In this position you will be responsible for:- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
- Provide direct support to the VP of Sales and Marketing by handling specific tasks, projects, and requests as assigned.
- Arrange travels on request.
- Provide assistance with various marketing projects.
- Manage departmental requisitions as needed for technology, office supplies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners, handling logistics and communications for marketing projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, handling email correspondence, and managing marketing tools.
- Ensure all areas of marketing office and storage room are neat.
- Travel to various luxurious events in Europe such as sport, art, culture to network with clients.
- Support the marketing team in the organization of private events at beautiful locations.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include vocational training or specialized studies in business administration, tourism, or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients during tasks.
- Ability to communicate and to present information clearly and concisely both verbal and written.
- Good planning, organizational skills and ability to delivery to deadlines.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and being able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to work, to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends and overtime).
- Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs.
- Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus (German language is not required).
- Highly interested in luxury products and services.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Must have the right to live and work in Austria.
